QUALIFICATION/DISQUALIFICATION OF PARTICIPANTS:

- Below are the necessary conditions in which winning seals and caps will be valid for redemption within the promo period:
- Seal and caps should have the alpha-numeric code visibly seen and with security markings.
- At least ¾ of the seal is intact. For Caps, we will accept caps without the neck.
- On the other hand, flat, unused, tampered seals and caps with complete neck, deformed, rusted will not be accepted.
- All wining seals & caps must have security markings set by Ginebra San Miguel.
- Consumers can win more than once.
- GSMI reserves the right not to accept seals and caps that are deemed to be fake or counterfeits at any point of the promo duration. Consumers who have proven to tamper or alter with the seals and caps at any point during the promotion will be dealt with accordingly.
